The Phelps Leiter Group was formed in 2023 when I retired from my executive role at a financial regulatory agency as well as a retired U.S. Naval Officer. As I moved from team leader up to the executive ranks my passion for developing others never wavered and helping others achieve their goals remains my mission. Thinking strategically, setting a vision, developing others, and natural curiosity are hallmarks of my leadership style and ability.
